About:

Abstract: The main goal of the project was to investigate neuronal correlates of temperamental endophenotypes of anxiety disorders in groups differing in the PAC1 gene and early childhood adversities. The study was conducted on a group of 40-60 participants which were selected from the sample of 500 individuals on the basis of their PAC1 genotype and of the score in the Childhood Questionnaire.

Significant decrease in regional gray matter volume (GMV) related to CQ score in left inferior parietial lobule and right cerebellum.
